Doctors Will Not Tell You This- Cheap Way to Get Rid of Head Lice Almost Instantly!

Head lice can be a parent’s worst nightmare, and due to this, even the smallest scratch can cause a full-blown quarantine to take place in a family home. These tiny insects are parasites that feed on human blood and are impossible to see, due to this, they can be difficult to remove.

Sadly, all it takes to spread these annoying little parasites is for your child to use someone else’s hairbrush, or sleep on someone else’s pillow. When they enter back into the home and use the family hairbrush, and lay back on the recliner in the family room, the entire family will have it by the end of the night.

While the bugs are not dangerous, they are extremely contagious, and near impossible to get rid of. On top of that, they leave your scalp itchy and inflamed. They can be removed, though, and we have even included a homemade remedy that is simple and effective.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • Lice Comb
  • White Vinegar
  • Listerine mouthwash (or another brand)
  • Few Towels
  • Shower Cap or plastic bags

Use the mouthwash to wash your child’s scalp. All hairs should be soaked in the solution. Using either a plastic shopping bag or shower cap, cover the head, and leave the mouthwash on for 60 minutes. Remove the bag, or cap, and wash your child’s hair with vinegar. Cover once more for another 60 minutes. Remove the cap again, and now wash the hair with shampoo. Now, using a lice comb, comb through the hair to remove the lice eggs from the hair.

This remedy works because lice hate the smell of Listerine, due to the spearmint aroma. Place Listerine in a spray bottle and spray your child’s hair regularly as long as the danger for re-infestation exists.

You will also need to make sure to boil the bedding of anyone affected with lice.

Lice are very uncomfortable to live with and insanely pesky to remove. Thankfully, they do not carry disease, but it is still a good idea to rid your household of these annoying parasites as soon as possible. Oftentimes, expensive, store-bought lice shampoos take multiple uses to eradicate the lice completely. The above remedy works in one use and contains ingredients you probably already have in your cabinets.
