There is one beverage that has persisted to be a favorite among the public ever since its creation – soda. However, within the bubbly deliciousness, there’s a darker truth to the drinks. They’re not only full of sugar, but also other toxic ingredients.

Soda has been around since the 20th century. It has been a favorite among people for almost a century. While the creation of the beverage might seem rather innocent, it really isn’t! In fact, there are studies that prove that the very first versions of Coca-cola had traces of cocaine in them. Of course, there isn’t cocaine in the modern day versions, there are some dangerous ingredients in the drink.

There are even some ingredients in modern day soda that are known to be cancer causing. One of the most dangerous ingredients in the drink is known as 4-mel or 4-methylimidazole. In February 2011, Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) petitioned FDA to ban the use of 4-Mel which is formed as a byproduct of caramel coloring due to the reaction between sugar, ammonia and ammonia sulfite. However, according to NPR, the FDA issued a statement saying that consumers should drink more than 1,000 cans of soda a day to reach the doses that have been shown to lead to cancer in rodents.

 

Soda has more effects on your body than you think. For starters, it is packed full of sugar. One can of soda is equivalent to eating 10 teaspoons of sugar! This amount of sugar can skyrocket your blood sugar and can result in an insulin deficiency, or diabetes. It also has ridiculous amounts of caffeine in it. It is recommended that you take at least 50 milligrams three times a day. You don’t have to constantly take a supplement for this thought, it can be found in foods like broccoli, kale, sunflower seeds, and beans. True or False? – The Hidden Secret Behind Toothpaste Bottom Color

You might have seen an article, photo, or video explaining the true meaning of the colors on the bottom of a toothpaste tube. However the colors do have meaning, most of them were false. But, I’ll tell you the truth.

The toothpaste tubes have four different colored squares that are typically on the very bottom. They actually have nothing to do with the product it contains, yet more of the manufacturer it comes from. They colors of the squares come in green, blue, red, and black.

  • Green – Natural toothpaste
  • Blue – The toothpaste combination is of natural ingredients and medications.
  • Red – The toothpaste has natural ingredients and chemicals.
  • Black – The toothpaste is composed of only chemicals.

While this is what all the rumors claim, it’s a complete myth. The marks are simply an indication for where the high speed machines need to cut during manufacturing. The process is necessary when it comes to mass producing such items. the machine needs to know where to cut or fold the packaging.

This rumor has had many people astounded for a while now. Don’t worry, you don’t have to go throe away your toothpaste, even though most mainstream toothpaste brands continue to use toxic ingredients anyways. they do not merely have the decency to at least let us know we are ingesting toxic chemicals, obviously.

After a minute or two, tilt your head and it will come running out – along with the ear wax that’s been aggravating you for the past five years.

10 Foods That Reverse Hair Loss in No Time

3. Fenugreek Seeds

You will need to soak theses seeds in water overnight and then grind them into a paste. Once this has been done massage the paste into your hair and leave it on for one whole hour.

4. Licorice Root

Add two tablespoons of ground licorice root to one cup of milk and mix it well. Apply this paste to your bald patches before you go to sleep. When you wake up wash your hair.

5. Chinese Hibiscus

For this one, you will need to add 20 dried Chinese Hibiscus flowers to two cups of coconut oil. Then you will need to heat the solution until it begins boiling. Once this happens you will need to strain it and collect the oil left behind. Apply this oil to your head before bed.

6. Aloe Vera

Apply aloe vera gel to the scalp. Leave this on for a few hours and then wash it off with warm water. If you do this a few times a week you should notice an improvement.

7. Indian Gooseberry

This remedy is my all time favorite when it comes to hair loss. All you need to do is mix Indian gooseberry with some lemon juice and massage it into your hair.

8. Beetroot

Simply eat as much beetroot as you can. It is overflowing with protein, calcium, and nutrients for hair growth.

9. Coconut Oil

Apply coconut oil to your hair and allow it to sit on your scalp for a few hours. Then wash it out.

10. Salmon

The more protein you eat the better condition your hair will be in. If you eat more salmon it will boost your hair health without a doubt. This is thanks to its omega-3 fatty acid content.

When it comes to reducing or correcting your hair loss you don’t have to do all of these at once, I suggest picking your favorite two and giving them a go. The worst thing that could happen is you get your hair back so why not? Enjoy!
