Energy Efficient Bulbs Cause Anxiety, Migraines, and Even Cancer

Environmentally friendly energy saving light bulbs have become a big thing in the past few years, but did you know that these bulbs are actually extremely toxic for your health?

These light bulbs release over 20 times the maximum amount of acceptable mercury concentration into the air.  A study was done by several researchers from an institute in Germany that has proved this. Mercury is a very dangerous neurotoxin that can be extremely harmful to pregnant women and young children. Mercury is toxic to one’s liver, brain, nervous system, kidneys, cardiovascular, immune system, and reproductive system.

Exposure to Mercury can Cause:

  • Tremors
  • Memory loss
  • Insomnia
  • Alzheimer’s
  • Cancer

Using These Bulbs can Cause:

  • Seizures
  • Migraines
  • Cluster headaches
  • Dizziness
  • Anxiety
  • Inability to concentrate
  • Fatigue
  • Nausea

These bulbs also are known for emitting a large amount of UV rays, they emit UV-B rays and small amounts of UV-C radiation. As we all know exposure to these rays can cause skin cancer, but this radiation can also directly attack one’s immune system.

These bulbs are extremely dangerous if you have one break in your home it is recommended that you open all the windows of your house for fifteen minutes or longer to minimize exposure to the poisonous gasses released. Why are we being urged to use these if they are so terrible for our health? As it turns out incandescent bulbs are being phased out, eventually, they won’t even be an option anymore and we will be forced to use these life threatening energy efficient bulbs. Say no to the bulb!

You Will Never Buy Butter From the Store Again After You Have Made It Yourself (2 Ingredient Recipe!)

The majority of the butter that grazes the grocery store shelves is not healthy and is filled with unwholesome ingredients. To truly experience how delicious butter can be you need to make it for yourself!

Homemade, fresh organic butter can be made in minutes, and it is so simple you will be asking yourself why you have not been making it yourself this whole time. All you need it 2 ingredients and a food processor and you will be well on your way to one of the most delicious things you have ever tasted. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Organic Heavy Cream
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Method:

  • Pour the cream into a food processor and process for 10 minutes. It will turn into a thick whipped cream first. Continue processing until it turns grainy and begins to separate into butter and buttermilk.
  • Drain the buttermilk from the butter.
  • Scrape the butter from the sides of the processor, and put it into a clean bowl.
  • Place the butter into the colander and strain off the buttermilk.
  • Rinse the butter with cold water, gently turning the butter with a spoon while the cold water runs over it. Continue until the water runs clear.
  • When the butter is clean, squeeze more liquid from the butter using wooden paddles or spoons to smash butter and pour off liquid.
  • Keep it in an airtight container, and store it in the fridge, or the freezer.

Bayer and US Govt. Knowingly Gave HIV to Thousands of Children!

We have put our trust in many different companies for as long as I can remember, But what if one of these companies has done something unforgivable and unimaginably disgusting? Bayer (Aspirin) has done just that!

Everyone has heard of Bayer Aspirin, it is a household name. They are known for producing several product such as pesticides and a medicine for hemophiliacs known as Factor 8.

In 1984 Bayer became aware that several batches of this Factor 8 contained HIV. They knew this because there was an outbreak of HIV among hemophiliac children, and this outbreak was traced back to Bayer.

Unable to sell the medication in the United States, Bayer, with permission from the FDA sold the HIV infected medicine to Argentina, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore. Documents from the NY Times showed how Cutter Biological, a division of Bayer, shipped more than 100,000 vials of unheated concentrate, worth more the $4 million, after it began selling the safer product.

The medication infected tens of thousands and killed thousands more. Thousands of innocent children and adults has died at the hand of this evil corporation and no punitive action has been taken against them.

When questioned, Bayer responded with, “Decisions made nearly two decades ago were based on the best scientific information of the time and were consistent with the regulations in place.”

No one involved was charged with anything, and Bayer continues to sell its Factor 8 medication to this day.

Simone weight a whopping three hundred and seventy seventy pounds when she decided it was time to make a change. Simone much like many other people had a gastric sleeve stomach surgery done. This along with walking every day and removing processed foods from her diet have helped her tremendously. Simone lost one hundred and eighty-nine pounds in less than a year! This is an amazing feat, she lost more than half of her origional body weight! How astonishing?

This amazing transformation was so shocking that a lot of people didn’t believe that Simone was the same person in her before and after pictures! See the difference? But it is in fact her! Simone and her new workout/diet worked wonders for her body.

She limited her diet, cutting out all processed foods.

As an example of her day she would have a fruit smoothie in the morning, a Roasted chicken salad with feta and egg for lunch, a protein rich dinner, and for snacks she would reach for healthy choices like coconut oil popcorn with crushed almonds and dark chocolate.

Leftovers are something we all have a love/hate relationship with, you either love them or you hate them. If you are a person who loves them, then there are some things that you need to know.

Reheating dinner is a way of life, we have all done it at some point or another. Perhaps you needed to clean out the fridge, or you are too tired after work to prepare something fresh. I mean, there are plenty of things that are so much better the next day, but there are some things that could be toxic if reheated.

Rice is life, I could eat it every single day! There have been many times that I made double the rice just so I could have some to eat the next day. The problem with eating leftover rice comes from the way it is stored. According to the Foods Standards Agency, uncooked rice might contain spores of harmful bacteria that survive the initial cooking process. If the rice is not kept at the right temperature, these spores will spread and multiply, and might cause digestion problems, vomiting or diarrhea if consumed.

Reheating does not help at all, these spores are able to survive even boiling. It is best to eat all of your rice when you cook it.

New research has found that repeatedly heating up polyunsaturated oils that have linoleic acid, such as canola, corn, soybean and sunflower may release toxic compounds that can cause a wide variety of health disorders.

Numerous studies have linked consumption of the compound in question, 4-hydroxy-trans-2-nonenal (HNE), to serious health conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, stroke, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, liver ailments and cancer.

Heat can cause the nitrates of these vegetables to turn toxic, and release carcinogenic properties, especially when you attempt to heat them up a second time.

If these vegetable are left out at room temperature bacterial action will cause the accumulation of nitrate, which is a metabolite of nitrate.

Nitrate consumption has been known to be harmful to infants and young children; it can cause a blood disorder known as methemoglobinemia. Symptoms for methemoglobinaemia include headaches, fatigue, shortness of breath and seizures.

Chef Jamie Oliver Proves McDonald’s Burgers Unfit for Human Consumption

Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has been in a long battle with food, pushing forward his Food Revolution. He is famous in America for facing off against the fast food giant McDonald’s, he wanted to show how their hamburgers were really made, and this is what he found!

Jamie has been preaching to the public for years about the horrible ingredients used in fast food burgers, and he used every opportunity he had; in documentary’s, television shows and interviews to let the public know.

The fatty parts of the beef are “washed” in ammonium hydroxide and used in the filling of the burger. Before this process, according to the presenter, the “food” is deemed unfit for human consumption.

“Basically, we’re taking a product that would be sold in the cheapest way for dogs, and after this process is being given to human beings.”

Oliver famously coined this the “Pink Slime Process.” “Why would any sensible human being put meat filled with ammonia in the mouths of their children?” Oliver asked.

That really is a question you have to ask yourself; do you feel comfortable feeding your children deadly chemicals in the name of convenience?
