Studies show that doing planks helps build core strength much better than the regular sit-ups or push-ups. While sit-ups and push-ups can put unnecessary strain on your spine, planks can help build a better posture. Beginners usually think that planks are too easy, and end up skipping them. During this exercise, you will need to gradually increase the time you are holding your body in the plank position. At the beginning, you’ll be holding it for 20 seconds, and by the end, it will be 4 minutes.

As soon as you hold the plank position, just start breathing deeply and hold the position. Breathe deep with the muscles of the stomach, neck, and head. To achieve proper results, you’ll need to maintain an upright position. When you raise the toes and elbows, your upper body should be in a straight line. You can maintain a balance by splitting the weight into your elbows and legs while pushing up the muscles from the buttocks.

At least 70% of the available olive oil here in the United States is not actually olive oil. It has been cut with other oils, oils that are much cheaper than olive oil.

At least seven of the biggest olive oil manufacturers here in the United States have been cutting their products with inferior oils. Oils like sunflower oil or canola oil. They are doing this in order to cut back on the cost of production but for people who try to use olive oil as a healthy alternative to other oils, this is a huge slap in the face.

The oil is mixed, fragrance, and flavored before being shipped out to stores. It is marketed and sold as “extra virgin.” Testing done in Australia found that in 2012 none of their brands labeled “extra virgin” were pure olive oil. This finding led to a study carried out by the University of California.

In this study 124 imported brands of extra virgin olive oil were tested and over seventy percent of the samples were proved to be ‘fake’ olive oil. Just which brands were shown to be fake and which brands were real?

86 Year-Old Woman Uses Yoga To Treat Her Scoliosis And Completely Transform Her Body

Those suffering from the conditions usually have a hard time describing it. However, people have the ability to relate to others about specific topics, making diagnosis easier.
