Coke is something that does not belong in our bodies and it is well past time that the people knew this. I saw this video not too long ago and knew it would be something worth sharing. While Coca-Cola is planning to convince the public that artificial sweeteners are safe we all know otherwise.

Now, as you are all most likely aware Aspartame is a dangerous artificial sweetener. It is known to cause things like headaches, dizziness, mood swings, digestive issues, cancer, and many other health issues. It is most commonly found in ‘diet’ food and drink items but does nothing for weight loss. Aspartame is just about as bad for our health as being hit by a bus.

The ‘Muscle Of The Soul’ May Be Triggering Your Fear And Anxiety!

According to Koch, this muscle “literally embodies our deepest urge for survival, and more profoundly, our elemental desire to flourish.” The author also believes the location of the psoas in connection to the diaphragm explains how this muscle could be responsible for symptoms associated with anxiety and fear.

The psoas tends to get tense due to our increasingly sedentary lifestyles or by sometimes being very active but not stretching nearly enough. Relieving the psoas’s tension can alleviate your fear and anxiety. Here are some stretched to keep it limber and relaxed:

The problem lies in the way our lives are constructed, with not nearly as much thought given to our core survival needs and instincts as our desire to succeed, achieve and compete in society.
