It does not matter what kind of health ailment you might be suffering from, today you will just get a prescription for a new drug. We should all be aware that the big pharma is not interested in helping us, they just want our money.

The big pharmaceutical industry is simply a scheme to make us sicker and get our money for treatment. Pharmaceutical and prescription drugs cause massive amounts of side effects, addiction, and even death. There are a million and one reasons as to why you should never take prescription drugs, but there are even more reasons as to why you should heal naturally. Healing yourself naturally not only solves your overlying issue, it increases your health in other parts of your body at the same time! A great natural healing method to start with is breath working.

Breathwork is a general term used to describe any type of therapy that utilizes breathing exercises to improve mental health, physical health, or spiritual health. Breathworking exercises that are commonly seen today are yoga and Tai Chi. Western psychotherapy techniques also bring about self-awareness. It can be consist of elements of talk therapy, breathing exercises, art, music, and bodywork.

We have the ability to heal ourselves using the practice of conscious breathing. Pranayama is referred to as the magic of conjuring different mental states of deep releasing, relaxation and utter being. It is a necessary melting into consciousness we so deeply crave when we feel lonely. You can use breath work to clear trauma energy from the body more effectively than any other therapy.

Create a safe place that is silent and free of distractions. You will use a sage smudge, turn on some music, light some candles, and gather some comfy pillows and blankets. Lay on the ground, bed, or wherever you feel warm and supported.

Begin with a natural breath. This is where you’ll be deciding where you want your hands to be. You might choose to have them beside you, on your chest, or tummy, anyway it does not matter.  By inhaling deeply into your belly and a secondary deep inhale through your heart, you should feel like you are flooding these areas with oxygen. Bring your awareness to any thoughts or feelings that come up, acknowledge them, and then let them flow freely.

You will breathe, relax, and feel yourself moving in this way. Belly, heart, mouth, repeat for up to thirty minutes. You shouldn’t feel stressed or uncomfortable about doing it. If you begin to get uncomfortable allow yourself to tune into your conscious self. Let yourself cry, scream, and vocalize anything you feel like you need to. Sentences, messages, affirmations, whatever you feel you need to say to yourself.

After you have finished just allow yourself to remain in the resting position. Return to your natural breath. You might feel tingling, tightness, or mild physical equation. These are all temporary though.
