How to Decalcify Your Pineal Gland (and Why You Should)

We already know that GMOs are terrible for our health and that whether we do or not we should maintain a healthy diet. We need foods that are filled with minerals and vitamins in our lives.

While GMOS have some nasty effects on our health not all of those effects are noticed off the bat. For instance, the effects these things have on our cognitive and mental functioning. Yes, the foods we eat can and do affect out brains as well as our Pineal Gland.

While currently, we do not know much about the Pineal Gland we do know that it works to regulate production and conversion of serotonin to melatonin. That being said MRI scans were able to find that half the population by the age of 17 had detectable traces of calcification in their Pineal Gland. This is a problem because it can cause difficulty sleeping. We are not aware why this calcification happens, but it does.

One could blame all the nasty things we eat. Considering how toxic our food and water has become in this day and age. Lots of people are suffering without knowing because of calcium buildup in their Pineal Gland.

Prevent Further Calcification:

Reduce Your Fluoride Intake

This is hard because fluoride is on most food and public drinking water but it can be done. Only drink water that is purified of fluoride.

Stop Eating GMOs

If you haven’t already said no to the GMO. GMOs contain pesticides that you are probably already aware of and they are extremely harmful to us.

Sleep In The Dark

Sleeping in the dark, the complete dark can help with your melatonin production.

Remove Fluorescent Lights From Your Home

These lights can affect your body’s ability to detect day and night from one another. Try going with full spectrum lights or something else along those lines.

Reduce Existing Calcification:

In order to reduce the calcification that is already there you need to detox your body. You can do this by doing one of the following detoxes:

After you do your detox, start doing the things that we were talking about above. There are so many wonderful things that you can do for your body that will reduce the calcification of the pineal gland.

You can also try using essential oils; Inhaling essential oils such as Sandalwood, Oregano, Frankincense, Myrrh, Helichrysum and Pine will help to reduce calcification in your body and Pineal gland in particular. You can diffuse them or add a few drops to your shower or bath as you inhale the steam.
