Prevent Tooth Decay, Protect Your Enamel and Make Your Teeth Strong With Only Two Ingredients
Our teeth are very important to our overall appearance. Almost all of us spend time trying to prevent cavities.
Usually brushing our teeth a few times a day is enough to keep them looking good. However, on occasion things are not quite so simple. People who have a hard time staying away from sweets are at a much higher risk of developing tooth decay than those who avoid sweets. Sweets, dried fruits, and even dairy products cling to our teeth and are much more likely to cause tooth decay than other foods.
Do you tend to snack throughout the day or drink acidic beverages too often? If so then you’re at an increased risk. Health issues like heartburn and dry mouth can also lead to tooth decay. When looking into methods for preventing tooth decay, I came across this one and it is amazing! This mixture is known as lemon oil and is fairly easy to make. It can also work with helping grow back receding gums by stimulating the growth of new tissue.
Now there are lemon oils you can buy yourself however making your own is just as effective in this case. You will not regret adding this into your life when needed. Tooth decay prevention is imperative when trying to preserve your smile.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1 fresh lemon
Directions:
- Put the oil in a jar with a lid.
- Squeeze the lemon juice into this oil.
- Place the lid on the jar and shake it well.
- Allow at least two weeks of infusion before you begin use.
- Shake this at least once a day.
- Put a small amount of this onto your toothbrush and massage your gums and teeth with it for a few minutes.
- Only do this once or twice a week no more.
Doing this too much can be damaging to the enamel of your teeth so it is not something we want to do regularly, Treatment should only last for about a week at a time and be sure to take breaks in between. As I have mentioned before too much of a good thing can be bad. In this case the acidic nature of the lemon can become too much if used too often. Of course, if used correctly this could be your secret key to preventing tooth decay forever! To learn more benefits you can gain from mixing these two things please watch the video below.
