How to Naturally Stimulate Vagus Nerve to Stop Migraines, Inflammation, and Depression!

by March 5, 2017

The vagus nerve is the longest nerve in your body and is one of twelve cranial nerves. It starts in your brainstem and runs all the way to your abdomen.

This nerve is a part of your involuntary nervous system that directs your unconscious body activity. This means it is in charge of things like keeping your heart rate stable, ensuring you digest food, and telling the body to heal itself. This nerve moves around your body and sends out little fibers to your organs.

Research has revealed that this nerve is also linked with treating chronic inflammation. For those of you who are not aware chronic inflammation can lead to things like migraines, digestive issues, and high blood pressure. Using this nerve we may be able to treat these issues without having to deal with actual medication.

The control your vagus nerve has over your heart rate is known as vagal tone and recent studies have revealed that it is important in order to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Having a higher vagal tone is a good thing. It means you are more likely to be able to relax your body even after suffering from stress. This could also be seen as a sign that your internal systems function better.

If you have a low vagal tone then you are more likely to experience things like heart issues, diabetes, depression, arthritis, and other similar issues. Luckily, several researchers have discovered that if you stimulate the nerve using electrical current you can actually increase your vagal tone. This will improve your resilience to these issues. Now, of course, you can’t use electrical currents to do this at home but there are other methods that can also help.

Ways to improve your vagal tone:

These things are very simple and effective. It will take time to control this nerve but it can be done. For more information on the vagus nerve please take the time to watch the video below.

11 of The Worst Habits That Damage The Kidneys

by March 5, 2017

The kidneys are extremely important organs, they deal with waste and toxins in the body. We have to do our best to ensure our kidneys are as healthy as they can be!

For those who are not completely familiar, our kidneys play a big role when it comes to the functioning of our bodies. They are two bean-shaped organs that filter our blood and produce urine.

If your kidneys are not running up to par you may notice yourself having the following symptoms:

  • Vomiting
  • Bad breath
  • Itching
  • Dizziness
  • Pain
  • Fatigue
  • A change in urine
  • High blood pressure
  • Sleep issues
  • Loss of appetite
  • Swelling in the feet or ankles

If you are dealing with these signs please do not hesitate to see a doctor as your kidneys are likely damaged. You can damage your kidneys in a number of different ways. Here are the things you should not be doing if you want your kidneys working properly.

Most common kidney damaging habits:

  • Drinking too much alcohol- This is stressful to your kidneys as well as your liver. Too much alcohol will make your uric acid pile up in the renal tubules and cause obstructions. This can lead to kidney failure.
  • Taking Analgesics- Lots of people take painkillers for many different issues these put pressure on our kidneys. If you take these all the time they can be a big problem, this can cause acute kidney injuries.
  • Not getting enough sleep- Our bodies need six to eight hours of sleep a night. If we do not get enough sleep we will have a multitude of health issues. Bad sleeping habits can lead to clogged arteries as well as hypertension. This can impact your kidneys in a major way.
  • Eating too much salt- If we eat too much salt our kidneys will be forced to work more and keep the bodies excess water. Water retention like this will cause kidney disease.
  • Eating too much protein- If you eat too much protein your kidneys will not be able to eliminate the excess nitrogen in the body. Too much protein raises the metabolic kidney load. You should always limit eating red meats or stop eating them altogether.
  • Smoking cigarettes- This has been linked with kidney issues and is the number one reason for renal issues.
  • Delaying urination- Do not hold your pee, if you have to go do not make yourself wait. This will allow the bacteria to multiply and cause lots of issues including UTIs.
  • Not drinking enough water- I cannot stress how important getting enough water is for your body. If you do not get enough water your blood will become thicker and this will damage your kidneys. They will no longer be able to deal with the removal of toxins and you will end up dealing with a major health issue.
  • Not exercising- Exercising is a great way to protect your kidneys. If you aren’t exercising at least a little, you should start.
  • Not treating common infections properly- We all tend to ignore some of the more common illness symptoms as long as we can. This pushes our bodies to near exhaustion and can cause kidney damage among other issues.
  • Consuming too much caffeine- Too much caffeine will cause high blood pressure and overtime strain your kidneys.

Your kidneys are something you cannot live without. You should do your best to maintain their health as well as the health of the rest of your body. For more information on how to do a kidney cleanse please take the time to watch the video below.

Roll Up Your Sleeves Folks: 271 New Vaccines in Big Pharma’s Pipeline

by March 5, 2017

Pharma companies are creating vaccines like they’re candy! They have now released over 270 new vaccines, and each with their own individual toxins, chemicals, and side effects.

The most controversial vaccine so far, the flu shot, has been linked to causing autism in over 22 different studies. The flu shot isn’t the only one either. Another study published in the Journal Annals of Epidemiology showed that giving the hepatitis B vaccine to newborn baby males could triple their risk of developing autism spectrum disorder! The research was conducted at Stony Brook University Medical Center in New York. It seems as if the vaccines they have unveiled upon us time after time does very little good. In fact, some vaccines have even worsened or increased people’s chances of contracting the said disease.

With vaccines causing more and more adverse effects, you would expect to see a little bit of reform in this area, but there has never been. “No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable…for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death.” – President Ronald Wilson Reagan, as he signed The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA).

The NCVIA relinquished vaccine manufacturers of their legal responsibilities for death or injury caused by the vaccines THEY created. It is important for every individual’s health to refrain from these toxic pharmaceutical products. We can expect to see more and more unveiled and marketed to us.

PhRMA (the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America) states, “today, more than 7,000 medicines are in development globally, all of which have the potential to help patients in the United States and around the world.  According to another data source, there are 3,400 medicines in development today just in the United States, an increase of 40 percent since 2005.”

They also claim that they will be the solution to hundreds of infectious diseases, including cancer. They said, “”the 271 vaccines in development span a wide array of diseases, and employ exciting new scientific strategies and technologies. These potential vaccines – all in human clinical trials or under review by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) – include 137 for infectious diseases, 99 for cancer, 15 for allergies and 10 for neurological disorders.”

Here is a list of 146 of the 271 vaccines in the Pharma’s Development Pipeline since 2010:

Scientists in Amsterdam Just Destroyed Breast Cancer Tumors in 11 Days Without Chemo

by March 4, 2017

Something amazing has been revealed at the European Breast Cancer Conference in Amsterdam. Can we really get rid of breast cancer without chemotherapy?

This research was presented by Professor Nigel Bundred who revealed that they had been testing the effectiveness of two drugs known as Herceptin and Lapatinib. These are drugs commonly used in breast cancer treatments, however, this is the first time they have been used together before surgery and chemotherapy. The results from this were astonishing.

The use of these drugs was aimed to combat a protein known as HER2 which affects the growth and division of cancer cells. This study was funded by Cancer Research UK and was able to actually eliminate the need for chemotherapy as well as surgery. This is great because as you may already know chemotherapy is not entirely effective and has crippling side effects.

In this study, 257 women with HER2 positive breast cancer were selected to take part in the study. Half of the women were put on a combination of the two drugs and the other half were used as the control group. Researchers found that eleven percent of those on the drugs had no cancer cells remaining within just two weeks and seventeen percent of the cases actually experienced dramatic tumor shrinkage.

The control group, however, was only given Herceptin and only three percent showed a drop in tumor size. This led the researchers to conclude that using a combo of these two drugs had a major effect on breast cancer cells especially opposed to being used alone. The big issue here is that Herceptin is only available for use alongside chemotherapy. Researchers and many others are hoping that the results of this study help to change that. This is easily a major step when it comes to fighting cancer. Who knew we could eliminate some types of breast cancer in just eleven days? This is truly amazing.

You Do Not Need to Buy Diabetes Medications. Prepare it Yourself With Only Two Ingredients!

by March 4, 2017

This remedy is quite amazing and will benefit you in more ways than I can explain. It contains two simple ingredients that are fantastic for those who are suffering from diabetes.

One of these ingredients is celery which is known to stop sharp increases in blood sugar as well as protect your pancreas. This remedy will work wonders on your health.

Remedy for Diabetes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Wash the celery and grate it.
  • Put it in a pot and add the juice from the lemons.
  • Cover the pot and put it in another pot full of water.
  • Boil this until the large pot has reached its boiling point.
  • Once it begins to boil reduce the heat and allow it to simmer at a lower temperature for one whole hour.
  • Remove the pots from your stove and once the mixture has cooled properly transfer it into a jar.
  • Close the jar and place it in your fridge.
  • Eat two tablespoons of this every single morning on an empty stomach at least thirty minutes before breakfast.
