When you stop having sex it can affect your overall health, happiness, and emotions. When you stop having sex your body releases fewer endorphins. Endorphins are also known as feel-good chemicals and without them…. Well, you wouldn’t feel as good. When a person is aroused or has an orgasm these endorphins are released. It makes you feel good and it’s healthy! Depriving yourself of sex will only result in fewer endorphins being released.

When you aren’t having any sex you are scientifically proven to be more stressed out. A study was published in the journal of family psychology in 2010. It stated that female college students reported their levels of daily stress and sexual activity during several months before a test. Guess what else? The women who experienced more stress were also having less sex.

Physical intimacy is extremely important in a relationship. When you and your partner are able to bond on a physical level it allows you to know each other on another level. It is additionally healthy because it increases a person’s emotional health to have that sort of connection with someone else. If you and your partner have abstained from sex it can lead to less relationship satisfaction. In fact, The Journal of Family Psychology study also showed that women who reported less sex reported less relationship gratification.

When you aren’t having any sex it can cause you to feel bad about yourself. Depriving yourself of sex can cause your self-esteem to drop dramatically. Having sex also boosts your confidence levels!

This is for you men; if you aren’t having sex then you are more likely to experience erectile dysfunction. A study published in the American Journal of Medicine in 2008 showed that men who reported having sexual intercourse once per week were half as likely to experience erectile dysfunction when compared with men who had less frequent sex.

There are also female specific issues too. If you’re depriving yourself of your womanly needs you will have a less toned vagina. Regular sex promotes vaginal health and without it, your vagina can become dry and less elastic.

Having sex increases your heart health. Without it, well you’re not going to acquire those benefits. For example, one study published in the American Journal of Cardiology in 2010, linked low sex frequency with an increased likelihood of cardiovascular disease.

Last but certainly not least, you will experience more colds and sickness if you stop doing the dirty. When you stop having sex your immune system health also decreases. Not having sex can result in more colds, flu, and sickness in general.

A quick power nap is exactly what you may be needing. We should be allowed naps through school and not just in kindergarten when you really think about it.

Napping is healthy, it is normal and can benefit us greatly. While lots of people see things like napping as a sign of laziness it is everything but. If you go through life without napping you will notice that as time passes by your alertness and focus degrades. This is because your body is not able to keep up with you.

You don’t need a four-hour nap, twenty minutes will work wonders. Did you know there were a few companies that allow their workers to actually take a quick nap after lunch? It’s true, Apple and Google are two of those companies.

Studies have shown that short naps are able to improve awareness as well as productivity. According to a study coming from the University of Colorado Boulder children who did not partake in an afternoon nap did not show as much joy as those who did. The children who did not nap were more anxious, less likely to be able to show problem-solving skills, and all around less focused than those who did. This goes for adults as well, it was found by researchers from Berkeley that adults who nap daily have a better memory function.

How Long Should You Nap?

Experts say a 10 to 20 minute “power nap” is best for refreshing your mind and increasing energy and alertness. The sleep isn’t as deep as longer naps, which allows you to get right back at your day upon waking. A 30-minute nap can lead to 30 minutes of grogginess, as you are often waking just as your body enters the deeper stages of sleep. You’ll experience some of that same fogginess if you sleep for an hour, but 60 minute naps are good for memory boosting. The longest naps—around 90 minutes—are good for those people who just don’t get enough sleep at night. It’s a complete sleep cycle and can improve emotional memory and creativity.

Napping is something that gives our brains time to reboot. Naps are good for our physical and mental health if you have time you should try napping. It will benefit you in great ways. Getting a twenty-minute nap and a good night’s sleep will leave you functioning in the best way possible. Anxiety is one of the worst things to experience. While everyone experiences it from time to time – maybe before a date or a job interview. However feeling anxiety on a daily basis is something completely different.

A person is constantly in their own head and it makes life a living hell when you become your own worst enemy – and that is exactly what anxiety feels like. Generalized anxiety disorder is basically a mind disorder where you have adapted to crippling anxiety every day of your life. Generalized anxiety disorder is becoming more and more prevalent as time goes on too. Over 6.8 million Americans suffer from the mental disorder; that’s kind of anxiety-inducing in itself.

In a way anxiety makes you feel like your mind is on fire. Imagine someone following you around criticizing you, insulting you, and laughing at you all the time. When you suffer from such an intense level of anxiety it is almost like you become your own bully.

Many people take anxious people as antisocial, but like Katie Crawford said, this is a huge misconception. People who suffer from anxiety have an extremely hard time to converse with other people because they’re so deathly afraid of making themselves look inferior. It’s just easier to avoid people in general…

There are many different ways to treat anxiety. However there are tons of anxiety medications on the market, it can be harder to treat than you think. Anxiety medication might help, but it soon causes more negative effects than positive. They are extremely addictive and start to lose their effectiveness due to a gained tolerance. This causes you to become completely dependent on the medicine. Overall, anxiety medications make everything worse. Don’t fear, though – there are many natural ways to alleviate your anxiety, never lose hope. You’re not the only one that suffers with it, and together we will find a way to overcome this mental plaque.

Meditation is extremely effective in treating anxiety. It works fantastically because it naturally lowers your blood pressure. The main intent of meditation is to calm your mind and give yourself a break. Enjoy the silence. If you must think about something visualize your pineal gland, also known as the third eye. It’s a great way to encourage the spirit and quiet the mind.

Scientists Have Created a Combination That Destroys Breast Cancer Tumors in 11 Days Without Chemo

Breast cancer is a disease that has certainly plagued the entire world. It has claimed an abundance of lives, and the disease demands to be taken seriously nonetheless.

Breast cancer is so prevalent that it is one of the biggest fears among American women today. In the United States alone, 1 in 8 women will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of their lifetime! That is about 12% of all American women. That statistic is rather scary but does not seem to affect the heads of the pharma industry. In fact, it just looks like dollar signs to them. Modern day cancer treatment is nothing more than a failure, but modern day scientists have found a cure that actually works!

Chemotherapy is nothing more than poison. It is injected into your veins and destroys your body from the inside out. While it does kill cancer cells it takes the healthy ones along with it. The drug can seriously affect the rest of your life and seems to have a small percentage of survival rates. In September of 2004, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health states that chemotherapy might actually cause cancer in the near future. The study was titled “Preventing Occupational Exposures to Antineoplastic and Other Hazardous Drugs in Healthcare Settings.” It warned that working with chemotherapy drugs and other common pharmaceuticals can be seriously dangerous to their health.

However the uselessness of chemotherapy, scientists have created a combination that kills breast cancer tumors in 11 days! I know – it sounds crazy, but it’s serious. The scientists studied the combination of two drugs and their effects on breast cancer tumors. The drugs go by the names of Lapatinib and Herceptin – and they have proven to be really effective.

The protein is known to affect both the overall growth and division of cancer cells.  It Also does not affect the healthy cells, unlike chemotherapy. It additionally has very little side effects – none of which make you lose your hair.

The number of participants in the study was 257, all of them women with positive HER2 breast cancer. Researchers put half of these women under the drug combination treatment while the remaining half acted as a control group. After a while, researchers found no trace of cancer cells in the bodies of 11 percent of the women under this drug combination. Aside from that, 17 percent of the cases showed significantly shrunken tumors.

Could we be looking at THE cure for cancer? The doctors have made extremely remarkable discoveries and will continue to do so. Modern day physicians are finally realizing the uselessness of chemotherapy, resulting in medical reform. What do you think?
