How To Grow Your Own Antibacterial Bandages For Free

by September 11, 2016

Lots of people are beginning to see the benefit of having a garden and growing their own food at least to an extent. But did you know you could be growing your own medicine as well?

A Natural Antibacterial Bandage

Wooly Lamb’s Ear has been used for quite some time now to dress wounds. Not only are they extremely soft but they are also great for absorbing blood and aiding in making it clot quicker. These contain antibacterial. anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic properties. This makes this plant a fantastic alternative to store bought bandages.

This plant has other medicinal uses as well. You can heat it’s leaves in a pot filled with simmering water and use it as an eye wash treatment for pink eyes and those pesky sties.  You can bruise the leaves and put them on bee stings or bug bites of all sorts to reduce swelling and itchiness. While this one may sound gross to some people but if needed these leaves can also be used as menstrual pads due to their softness and super absorbency.

If you’re not already including this plant into your garden you might want to add it into the mix. This plant will definitely come in handy!

How to grow your own antibacterial bandages from seeds:

  • Fill a well drained container with seed starting mix. Something small like a yogurt cup with holes in it will work just fine.
  • Wet the soil.
  • Plant the seeds only two or so in each container.
  • Keep the soil moist and the containers out of the direct sunlight until the seedlings germinate. When you see the tops of the plants emerging be sure to put them somewhere they will get at least six hours of sunlight a day.
  • When the plants have three sets of leaves the are ready to be transplanted into a semi-shady area of your yard. Be sure to place them at least a foot apart from one another.

Maybe You Aren’t Gluten Intolerant, Maybe You’re Just Poison Intolerant

by September 11, 2016

Many people have had signs of being gluten intolerant and still came out not considered gluten intolerant. Maybe these people are just intolerant to poison?

Wheat harvest in the United States is soaked with tons of roundup just before harvest. Pre-harvest application of this herbicide known as roundup and others like it contain the deadly active ingredient glyphosate. This has been used since as early as the 1980s. Over the past fifteen or so years it has become almost mandatory to use as a drying agent ten days before harvest.

According to the United States Department Of Agriculture as of two thousand and twelve ninety-nine percent or durum and ninety-seven percent of spring wheat has been doused with roundup during the harvesting process. This is a dramatic increase from back in nineteen ninety eight. This sounds terrible for our health and it is. This stuff is no where near safe for human consumption yet they are spraying it all over our food?

Glyphosate increases the breast cancer cell proliferation in the parts-per-trillion range, how is this even being allowed near our food? Glyphosate is the world’s most widely used herbicide and is capable of driving estrogen receptor mediated breast cancer cell proliferation. It has also been found that glyphosate causes intestinal damage. This opens the door for any different types of diseases.

This farming shortcut could cost us our lives.

It is time to say no to foods showered with pesticides. Those foods are not good for us and we should not consume them. Buying organic foods is the first step. These pesticides are doing far more bad than good. They are causing disease and such across the nation. Do you want that for your family? Please watch the videos below for more information on this issue.

The Disappearance Of The Word “CURE” From Modern Medicine

by September 9, 2016

Does medicine actually cure anything? Did you know that the Webster’s New World Medical Dictionary is missing the words ‘cure’ and ‘incurable’ mistake maybe? I think not.

The words ‘cure’ and ‘incurable’ are actually missing in many medical dictionaries and things of that nature. The list goes as followed:

  • The Oxford Concise Medical Dictionary Ninth Edition, 2015.
  • The Bantam Of Medical Dictionary, Sixth Edition, 2009.
  • Barron’s Dictionary Of Medical Terms, Sixth Edition, 2013.
  • Medical Terminologies For Dummies, Second Edition.
  • Merck’s Manual Of Diagnosis And Therapy.
  • Harrison’s Guide To Internal Medicine.
  • Lange’s Current Medical Diagnosis And Treatment.
  • The Diagnostic And Statistical Manual Of Mental Disorders.

You would think out of a list that long at least one of them would contain a definition for the word ‘cure’ but they do not. What in the world could be going on here? Why would anyone even do something like this?

This is because ‘cure’ is a word that is forbidden in modern medicine. Today’s medical practice has a serious issue with the word ‘cure’. Use of this word is little to none. ‘Cure’ itself is not something defined well when it comes to medicine. While ‘incurable’ is something itself that causes lots of controversy. This is because it is not scientifically possible to prove that something such as a disease is completely incurable.

Cures are something that cannot be counted in today’s medical science. Say you cure your depression the cure itself is not going to be recognized as a cure. Cure’s accomplished by health and not through medicine are not recognized in the medical field. This meaning there are many invisible cures out there for everything.

There are lots of illnesses that can be healed through medicine, things like parasites, infections, pneumonia and so forth, antibiotics can be considered a cure for those. If antibiotics can be recognized then why is there still no definition in most medical dictionaries? Because most medicines treat symptoms and overlook causes, “cure” is dissolving into the history of our medical systems, texts, and dictionaries.

Can We Define ‘Cure’?

Of course we can, an illness is only cured when the cause is addressed successfully. This can be achieved when we cure illnesses one at a time. While someone may be suffering from many illnesses we should address them one by one.

Move Over Cotton, Say Hello To Hemp – The ‘Forbidden’ Crop That Is Taking The World By Storm

by September 9, 2016

Domestic hemp cultivation would be a very big boom for small farmers everywhere. Now I’m not talking about medical marijuana or anything like that but industrial hemp itself.

The cultivation of industrial hemp commercially is legal in Canada but here in the United States of America it has been pushed off to the side by the government. You see the thought of a hemp boom threatens the monopolies that control the government. Please take a moment to watch the video below.

Back in 1937 the cotton gin of the hemp industry was created making it much easier to produce in large quantities. This was called the decorticator machine, a machine that replaced hand shredding the hemp to glean its fibers. These fibers can be used for many things like; textiles, clothes, paper, and plastic! With this hemp should have been able to take over the world so to speak.

Hemp would take over the paper industry, the fuel industry, and the plastic industry with ease. Growing hemp in abundance is easy and harvest time is no more than six months so it seems perfect, right? Hemp itself was a cash crop for small farmers during world war II, these farmers provided hemp fibers for the United States naval ships and other military. Hemp was even important during colonial times farmers were pretty much required to cultivate it along with other crops.

People like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson knew early on that hemp was very important. Hemp itself is very beneficial to our bodies as well, it is high in things like omega-3 and is something I highly recommend. Hemp plants themselves don’t need pesticides or fertilizers. Hemp’s thick roots work to ward off weeds and growing hemp can actually improve the soil’s nitrogen making the soil much better for other crops as well.

You can even go as far as to making housing out of hemp materials. The sky is really the limit with what you can do with hemp. For more information on this watch the videos below.
