Coconut Oil & Cannabis Capsule: A Medical Miracle?

by November 30, 2016

We all know that coconut oil and cannabis have an abundance of health benefits alone. But, what happens when you mix them together? Recent studies have shown that mixing them can make a powerful mixture to kill cancer cells altogether.

The oldest written record of the health benefits of cannabis was written back in 2727 B.C. by the Chinese Emperor, Shen Nung. Ancient Egyptians even used it to treat glaucoma. Also, entire islands used coconut oil to escape western disease. Like the coconut, humans have cultivated and used the flowering tops of the female cannabis plant — known as marijuana — as a healing herb since the beginning of history. It wasn’t long after they learned that mixing the two creates a super medication!

Cannabis oil is associated with 187 diseases and 77 different pharmacological actions ranging from insomnia, epilepsy, diabetes, stroke, and brain injury to asthma, dementia, fibromyalgia, ADHD, and almost every type of cancer. Cannabis alone is known to slow down the growth, so mixing it with coconut oil has to be effective.

Coconut oil is used because of its high amount of essential fatty acids which makes it a good binding agent for the cannabinoids. Couple this with its amazing health properties and you superpower the combination. Half of the fat in coconut oil is comprised of a fat that is not frequently found in nature, lauric acid. With the advancement of modern technology and breakthroughs in science, numerous studies in the past decade have proven coconut oil to be a “good” saturated fat and incredibly healthy.

Medical marijuana capsules infused in coconut oil are an alternative way to therapeutically use cannabis without having to inhale it through smoking. Infusing cannabis into coconut oil also allows for easy entry into the liver where it can be rapidly processed. The two balance each other out in the negative effects, making your body consume only the beneficial parts of each ingredient, making cancer cells take a powerful punch.

Let Her Sleep In! Women Need More Sleep Than Men, Says Science

by November 30, 2016

According to science, women need more sleep than men. Although we’re all humans and we all need a sufficient amount of sleep to function, science shows that women’s brains strain harder than men’s.

Sleep is crucial to one’s health. We need sleep because it allows our brain to take the time to repair itself. Professor Jim Horne, director of the Sleep Research Center at Loughborough University and author of Sleepfaring: A Journey Through The Science of Sleep, states:

“One of the major functions of sleep is to allow the brain to recover and repair itself. During deep sleep, the cortex — the part of the brain responsible for thought memory, language and so on – disengages from the senses and goes into recovery mode.”

According to Mr. Horne, the lack of sleep in women is strongly associated with emotional distress and psychological disorders. The more you do during the day, the more sleep you need. Your brain needs time to repair itself and recover. Why is sleep more important for women, though? As a male writer, I was genuinely interested in this topic. Science has confirmed that women have more complex brains than men do. Professor Horne explains that “women’s brains are wired differently than a man’s”. He says that they are more complex.

Men who do a job of important decision making need more sleep than one who does not. All humans, male or female, are told an eight-hour sleep is sufficient. However, if you have had a rough day, you may need more than that. If you have trouble sleeping, try some of these methods below. Each tip may not work for everyone because we are all different, but there are many different tips and tricks to try for a good night’s sleep.

  • Routine sleep — Set a sleep routine, so the brain recognizes the need to slow down and relax. In this way, you will sleep much better at night.
  • Avoid Stimulating Foods — Some foods act as stimulants, and you need to avoid these before you go to bed. This involves caffeine in coffee, theobromine in cacao or chocolate, and sugar. These stimulants affect your good night’s sleep and often lead to insomnia.
  • Meditation — Women’s brain work non-stop, which is why many women have difficulty sleeping. Medication can be of great help, as it helps the brain settle and gets in a state of deep relaxation.
  • Yoga — Yoga postures prepare the body for a good rest, which is why practicing yoga is often recommended to insomniacs. Try these 6 Relaxing Yoga Poses to Help You Sleep.
  • Melatonin — Experts agree that melatonin helps you sleep better. Doses of 1-3 mg of melatonin work best, preferably an hour before bedtime.

These Diseases Are All Caused By Microwave Ovens, and You’ve Probably Ignored Them!

by November 29, 2016

As some of you may already know microwaves were not invented for heating or reheating food. They were created by two scientists back in World War 2, and for a very different purpose.

The Radar Range was the first actual microwave oven and it was quite bulky. The Microwaves we use today have a little over 2 billion hertz, this is not dangerous as long as the microwave is not leaking. Now, your health is at risk with anything over 10 hertz; this is why you should not be near your microwave while it is on.

As it turns out there are many side effects that a person can get from using microwaves. Microwave ovens can do things to us and the food we put into them.

The Side effects we can get are things like but not limited to:

  • Immune system weakness
  • Illness susceptibility
  • Birth defects
  • Cancer
  • Cataracts
  • Reduced resistance to viral infections
  • Reduced resistance to bacterial infections
  • Cause a fall in white blood cells
  • Raise cholesterol levels
  • Reduce hemoglobin

Things microwave ovens can do to our food:

  • Eliminate some nutrients
  • Deform food molecules causing the creation of harmful compounds
  • Reduce the amount of antibodies in breast milk

These kinds of ovens pose a very serious threat to our health. Just being 4 inches away from the microwave will expose you to 100-500mg of EMF. While they are fast and convenient they are not the best option when it comes to your health and your families health. Reducing the use of your microwave could be one of the best things possible.

Please take the time to watch the video below for more information on this issue. Believe it or not, using a microwave is one of the best ways to kill yourself. Do you use your microwave a little more than necessary?

Drinking Lemon Water Every Morning – A Mistake Millions Of People Make

by November 29, 2016

While a large amount of people can’t stand the taste of lemons they are quite beneficial when it comes to our health. Hot lemon water is one of the best things to start your day with.

By drinking lemon water you can still get all the benefits you would be getting from eating the lemon itself. Lemons are great sources for vitamin C as well as potassium and magnesium. However, you must pay attention to how you serve and drink lemon water.

Many people tend to make a very common mistake when preparing lemon water. You see, the peel is the most nutritious part of the lemon; most people remove the peel and don’t use it when preparing their lemon water. For the best lemon water, you must include the peel.

The Best Lemon Water:

Things Needed:

  • 3 fresh organic lemons
  • water
  • glass
  • knife

Directions:

  • Cut the lemons into slices based on your preferred thickness.
  • Squeeze at least half of the lemon slices into the cup.
  • Grate the peel off of the lemons you squeezed into the cup.
  • Put the untouched slices into the bottle or cup and fill the container with hot water or ice water whichever you prefer.
  • Drink up!

That’s it. It is that simple. by including the peel you are getting the most from the lemons that you possibly can. For more information, please watch the video below. Always include the peel.

China Is Making Rice From Plastic, Here’s How To Identify It

by November 28, 2016

We all know large food manufacturing companies alter many of the food’s on the grocery store shelves, but China has recently taken it much too far. They have been exposed in marketing plastic as rice. Here is how to tell the difference.

The toxic synthetic rice is made from sweet potatoes, potatoes, and synthetic resin, (plastic). The end result actually looks and taste like rice with the addition of fragrance spray. Your taste buds might not be able to tell a difference, but your body definitely will. The rice is incredibly toxic. According to one Chinese official, eating three bowls of this “man-made” rice is equivalent to eating a plastic bag…

One way to tell is to see if the rice sinks or swims in a glass of water. Sit one tablespoon of the rice in a glass of water and observe. If the rice sinks, it is most likely organic rice. However, if it floats, it is more than likely plastic. Cook up a cup of rice, then put it in a container and leave it on the counter for a few days. If you notice mold forming, you’re looking at real rice. If mold does not form within a few days, you’re looking at plastic rice.

Obviously consuming plastic rice is going to have some dangerous effects on your body. But, what are they? Research has found potentially serious health risks associated with bisphenol A, and a class of chemicals called phthalates, commonly found in plastics. Bisphenol A has the ability to disrupt the functions of our hormones, particularly estrogen. It has been linked to effects on reproductive development in several animal studies.

Always be sure to be cautious when consuming imported rice. Try the different tests to make sure it is authentic! Hopefully, the production of this toxic rice will be eliminated, but in the meantime, be cautious!
