    • 1/2 teaspoon of dried nutmeg freshly ground
  • Directions:
    • Pour the nutmeg into a glass of water and mix it well.
    • Drink this about four hours before attempting to sleep.
    • Be sure to do this in moderate amounts as it can be toxic in excessive amounts. As I have said before too much of a good thing is bad.
