Many people struggle with sleeping issues. Insomnia seems to be something millions are silently suffering from.
If you are dealing with insomnia or simply have an issue getting to sleep at night sometimes, this is the remedy for you! Sleep deprivation is not something that anyone wants to deal with and can be quite debilitating. Now, having a sleep issue can come from many different causes. People dealing with insomnia often get roped into taking sleeping pills as a means to help them sleep. However, this does not resolve the issue. I suggest going the natural route and using nutmeg to treat any sleep issue.
Nutmeg for insomnia:
- Things Needed:
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried nutmeg freshly ground
- Directions:
- Pour the nutmeg into a glass of water and mix it well.
- Drink this about four hours before attempting to sleep.
- Be sure to do this in moderate amounts as it can be toxic in excessive amounts. As I have said before too much of a good thing is bad.
