It isn’t uncommon for someone to go to the bathroom with their phone these days. In fact, it might be a little strange if you don’t! However, after reading this, you’ll never take your phone to the bathroom again.

Taking your phone to the bathroom seems like a harmless thing to do, but it is actually dangerous. Dr. Lisa Ackerly, a hygiene expert, says that taking your phone to the bathroom exposes you to germs like salmonella, E. Coli, and C Diff. She advises people to not take their phone to the bathroom. She explains that if you wipe your buttock then pick up your phone, you shouldn’t bother washing your hands. All the germs that were in or around the toilet are now on the device you carry around all day long.

Bacteria on a cell phone can last for days. Dr. Ackerly explains that germs do not only transfer by hands. Bacteria can be transferred object to object, and can live on a phone for days! The phone regularly gets warm, therefore, it is a stable living environment for bacteria. They can live on your phone for days, or find a new place to reside. That place might possibly be you! Dr. Ackerly also warns to never let your toothbrush be near a toilet or any nearby shelf. She also says to “never put your phone on the toilet paper roll or holder.” She says to never take your cell phone in the bathroom, but if you do, don’t do it with sticky hands! If you have sticky hands from sugary foods, this is the perfect living environment for the bacteria.

One of the most common bacteria found in a toilet is C. Difficile. This bacteria can cause diarrhea and vomiting! Accordingly, if you do not flush the toilet with the lid closed, this bacteria is spread throughout the air! Be sure to leave your phone in another room, wash your hands consistently, and close the lid when you flush. If you do those things, you should be safe from bacteria from the toilet like C. Difficile.

Yes, It’s true! Scientists are baffled at the result of this amazing experiment. The Russian Scientist Anatoli Brouchkov injected himself with the 3.5 million-year-old virus. The results are stunning. Brouchkov is the head of the Geocryology Department at Moscow State University. The bacteria was extracted from the Siberian permafrost. The bacteria goes by the name Bacillus F. It has been locked in permafrost for millions of years upon the discovery by the Russian scientists.

The tests on Bacillus F. had only been tested in the blood cells of mice and human until Brouchkov volunteered to test it on himself. I would definitely call that a scientist that is committed to his work! His dedication to the studies of the bacteria is extremely impressive. He said: “The permafrost is thawing, and I guess these bacteria get into the environment, into the water, so the local population, the Yakut people, in fact, for a long time are getting these cells with water, and even seem to live longer.”

The discovery of this ancient bacteria is extremely interesting. Bacillus F. has the potential to cure many of the most deadly diseases known to mankind. There are tons of diseases that are killing thousands of people every day. Cancer is a great example. Could it be possible that Bacillus F. could cure the epidemic of cancer? Hopefully so! With the upcoming of the new year, everyone is looking to get in better shape. However, at the first of the year, the gym is packed! Try this easy 10-week home workout!

With the beginning of 2017, the gym is going to be extremely packed! It seems like everyone’s new year resolutions begin with “get in shape.” The gym can be super expensive! It makes working out that much harder. You have to share workout equipment with people. Pay loads of cash, and you have to commute all the way there. Its reasons like these that people quit going to the gym before the end of January! If you are looking to get in shape this year, instead of going to the gym, try this 10-week workout plan!

Before you start the workout, drink lots of water! Hydration is extremely important when it comes to getting into shape. Without proper hydration, you can experience more bad effects than good from working out. The plan consists of 10 weeks. Each week has a different workout agenda. The plan really works and is super easy to do. If you are being robbed from gyms that you aren’t even going to, try this method instead.

Dr. Elena Bodnar has created a bra that can be turned into an emergency face mask. This can help protect you against things like lethal chemical explosions and biological hazards. While it looks just like any average bra this one happens to be anything butt! You can take this ‘EBra’ off, separate the cups from one another and place your mouth and nose into it’s interior. You can then extend the bra strap over your head and breathe normally.

The Chinese food industry has taken quite a good bit of heat here lately because of their disturbing lack of standards. People everywhere are avoiding food imports from China.

These ‘fake’ eggs require chemicals like Alginic acid, gelatin, chloride, and potassium alum. The eggshells themselves are made from Calcium Carbonate. Eating these eggs can cause things like memory loss and even dementia.

Pork is less expensive in China than beef. Some restaurants sell pork instead of beef. In order to do this, they need to marinate the pork in beef extract and a glazing agent for about two hours. This is a serious issue and ingesting this ‘beef’ can cause slow poisoning and lead to things like cancer.
