Oil pulling is simply swishing your choice of high-quality oil in your mouth, the same way you do mouthwash. The best oil in my opinion to use is coconut oil. Coconut oil is the best because it has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. This meaning that it works to kill off any unwanted bacteria that could be living in your mouth.

Oil pulling will remove bacteria from your mouth as well as toxins and parasites. This method works with your body to remineralize your teeth and strengthen your gums. Here’s how to oil pull:

Coconut Oil Pulling

Things Needed:

  • Coconut oil (pure)
  • Your mouth
  • A spoon

Directions:

  • Scoop out one full tablespoon of oil and put it into your mouth.
  • If it is cold and solid allow it to melt.
  • Once it is melted swirl, push, and pull the oil around your teeth and between them.
  • Allow the oil to touch every single part of your mouth except your throat of course.
  • Do this for anywhere from five to twenty minutes.
  • Once this has been done rinse your mouth out with water if need be and spit a bit if you aren’t fond of the taste.

This will have your teeth looking healthier and whiter in little time. You will love this method and see results quickly. Some people actually use coconut oil in place of toothpaste, however, that isn’t for everyone of course. It will effectively rid you of bad breath as well! The amazing invention was the product of two years of research and development by Waverly Labs. Waverly Labs is a technology firm located in New York. Waverly Labs is an innovative consumer electronics company created in 2014 by the convergence of wearable technology and speech translation. The earbuds work in near real-time although Ochoa has said it lags behind Skype Translator, the most impressive language translator out at the moment, which translates voice and video calls in real-time. The pilot does its work without having to be online, though. This is the first generation of this tech but once it launches future iterations will include more languages. Waverly Labs also hopes to eventually bring out versions where the device will only need to listen to the world around it and then translate that, meaning no ear pieces.

The earpiece pre-orders will cost between $129 – $179 (you can nab it for the cheaper price if you’re among the first 100 backers). When it officially launches, the retail price will cost $250 – $300. However, because the Pilot requires two earpieces, it will likely only capture the voice of the person wearing it, which already makes it better than Google Translate for regular use in the real world — that is, as long as the translation engine is as good as Google’s or better.

Scientists Have Found A Drug That Regenerates Teeth, And it Could Leave Dentists Without Work

A drug has finally been identified that can actually regenerate your teeth from the inside out! This amazing find is likely to reduce the need for artificial fillings!

This drug has in the past been used in Alzheimer’s clinical trials however, it’s ability to improve tooth health is unignorable. This drug works by activating the stem cells inside the center of the tooth. Thus, promoting the bodies natural ability to heal itself.
