This Antibiotic Will Ruin Your Life!

Modern day pharmaceuticals have been discovered to be the root cause of many severe diseases and health issues. They claim their drugs are the answer to all of our problems, but they’re actually causing them.

Many different types of pharmaceutical drugs have been recalled due to some severe adverse side effects they may cause. One drug specifically can ruin your life forever – like it did to Amy Moser.

In 2010, Amy was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection – a very common, easily resolved medical issue. It is only a mere infection that takes place in the urinary tract. However. A common antibiotic was prescribed to her; little did she know her life was about to change forever. She was prescribed the antibiotic called Cipro. Related drugs are also known as Levaquin, Avelox, and almost all medications that end in quin. They are part of a family of antibiotics called Fluoroquinolones.

After what she experienced from the drug, the FDA put out a warning on the drug in July 2016. Because of the drug, Amy suffered from multiple spontaneous tendons and ligament ruptures, spinal degeneration, and widespread arthritis. She has had over 20 surgeries but is still completely debilitated. This is a girl who had a clean bill of health right before taking these drug!

Many doctors and researchers have studied the effects of this dangerous drug. They have found many disturbing effects of the drug. For example, In 2012, Jane Brody of the New York Times interviewed Dr. Mahyar Etminan, a pharmacological epidemiologist who researched the effects of fluoroquinolones. He found “that the risk of suffering potentially blinding retinal detachment was nearly fivefold higher among current users of fluoroquinolones . . . and [there was] a significantly increased risk of acute kidney failure.”

However, smoking weed is still bad for you. It still creates tar in your lungs and can lead to other respiratory problems. It also alters the molecules of the plant. When they are heated or burned, it changes the acidity of the compounds and it additionally changes the chemical compound itself. You’re still smoking marijuana, but you don’t get near a number of benefits.

Monsanto has really gotten brave when it comes to what they think they can get away with. Monsanto has become the most inconsistent, public betraying, and health neglecting food companies in the entire world, and it is time to shut them down.

I’m sure each person reading this article has already read one or more articles about something monsanto has done to the public. They genetically modify organisms and poison the people. Monsanto should’ve been shut down years ago, but now they really should. We know that monsanto won’t be shut down though because they are among the chains of companies that rule the entire world.

Recently, some really interesting things were released about monsanto and they are literally scrambling to bury it. Be sure to share so that monsanto can be exposed once and for all.

The FDA registered food safety laboratory tested iconic American food for residues of Monsanto’s weed killer Glyphosate. This chemical is also known as round-up. Following the tests they found incredible amounts of this dangerous chemical in all kinds of foods! Many of the foods were found to have over 1,000 times the safe amount! Here are the results.

It is really upsetting that we have to discuss the dangers of this chemical. But of course, some people will deny our integrity and assume that this chemical is harmless. Glyphosate is terrible for humans. It is weed killer, of course.

Glyphosate has even been linked to cancer. In 2015, the World Health Organization declared the chemical as “probably carcinogenic to humans”. The observation was based on animal tests, test tube studies, and observational studies. Mice and rat studies showed that the chemical produced the growth of tumors after the ingestion of the chemical.

A few of the cases were even linked to non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a cancer that originates in white blood cells. This cancer cripples the immune system and will leave you for dead. Are we really okay will eating foods that are so likely to cause such a disease? The word is being ran by money hungry CEO’s, and they are neglecting our health. Stand up to Monsanto!

The Truth about Your Thyroid and Essential Oils: What NO Endocrinologist Will Tell You

The thyroid is one of the most important parts of the human body, it is something we often overlook, to say the least. It is located in your neck just above your collarbone.

This endocrine gland is one of the largest in our bodies and is used to regulate our metabolism and control the circulation of calcium in our bodies. When something goes wrong in this gland it is a big problem. If your thyroid hormones become imbalanced your body is in for some severe negative effects.

Of course, some cases will have to be dealt with using traditional treatment depending on the severity but some minor issues with your thyroid can actually be resolved using essential oils. Essential oils can come in handy for a number of things and have become something common in most ‘healthy’ homes here lately.

The following essential oils are ones that have been known for their ability to improve certain glands (everything from the thyroid gland to the hypothalamus):

Frankincense – This is an oil that comes from the Boswellia trees found in Oman. It is used for improving the function of the pineal gland, hypothalamus, and the pituitary gland.

Basil – This is an oil that comes from basil leaves found here in the United States. It stimulates the functioning of things like your adrenal glands, pancreas, pineal, and pituitary gland.

Rosemary – This is an oil that comes from the leaves of the Rosemary, a plant that is indigenous to Morocco. It helps promote the function of most glands and can also improve brain functioning.

Clove – This oil is one that comes from clove buds and is found in Madagascar. It has the ability to improve the function of the thyroid.

When it comes to using these oils for your glands all you need to do is rub a drop of whichever you prefer over where they are in your body. For example, I myself rub a drop of myrrh essential oil mixed with coconut oil on my thyroid are (lower front neck) every morning. You can use essential oils topically or automatically. That is up to you, I prefer topical use myself.

10 Habits You Need to Adopt Today to Stop Dementia or Alzheimer’s Before it Starts

Dementia is a term we use to describe a number of memory loss or cognitive issue related illnesses. These illnesses cause lots of damage to ourselves and those around us.

The most common form of dementia is known as Alzheimer’s disease, however, there are four main forms of dementia total. The other three being vascular dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and Huntington’s disease. Dementia is something that has symptoms including things like depression, difficulty remembering things (events, names, conversations, etc.) and apathy.

We can control our dementia risk factors to an extent. Dementia can be caused by things like head injuries, low physical activity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, poor diet, vitamin deficiency, and impaired thyroid function. Sure, in some cases dementia is unavoidable and there are causes that we can do nothing about however when it comes to reducing your risks these are things you should definitely do.

Ways to Lower Your Risks of Dementia:

1. Be social

Take a walk with a friend or call your family on the phone. This will help tremendously.

2. Control your alcohol intake

Excess use of alcohol can increase your risks of developing dementia. You should pace yourself and control your alcohol intake to prevent it.

3. Keep up with your weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels.

You need to have a healthy body will help your mind as well. One of the main predictors of dementia is your cardiovascular and metabolic health.

4. Challenge your brain sometimes

Learn a new language, do crossword puzzles, play sudoku do anything that will make you think. If you challenge your brain you can delay memory decline by at least two years.

5. Avoid head injuries

Wear a helmet when you ride a bike, Always make sure your head is protected when it needs to be. This will protect you from head injuries and brain damage. Pay attention, it will benefit you greatly.

6. Be active

Strengthen your vascular system, this will boost blood flow and have you preventing numerous chronic health issues. You don’t have to spend hours on an intense workout, just thirty minutes a day will make a difference.

7. Quit smoking

Smoking causes a large amount of damage to the body as is, according to several studies daily smokers have a much higher risk of developing Alzheimer’s than non-smokers. There are several serious health issues that can be caused by smoking, please stop.

8. Vitamin B

Increase your intake of this, it reduces your levels of a molecule known as homocysteine which damages the vascular system. When you have levels of this molecule that are too high your chances of a stroke, heart disease, or other vascular issues go up drastically.

9. Vitamin D

There is a link between vitamin D and cognitive decline. The use of vitamin D supplements will prevent the processes that contribute to dementia. Of course, the sun is your best source of vitamin D but supplements come in handy.

10. Don’t stress so much

Studies have linked Alzheimer’s with stress, especially in people who are already at risk of developing it in the first place. Take time to relax and always think things through, unnecessary stress could cause something terrible.
